FAQs
What is coaching?
Coaching is a process of self-discovery where the coach helps the client reach their fullest potential and achieve their goals.
Coaching focuses more on mindset change. The coaching process helps clients to gain self-awareness, overcome mental obstacles and empowers them to find the best solutions for themselves.
What is the role of a coach?
The coach is your sounding board - an objective party to help you uncover and structure your inner thoughts.
As a coach, I will support you and act as an accountability partner as we progress, to help you achieve the milestones that you set. Ultimately, as a coach I support clients in facilitating the changes that they would like to see in their lives.
Who should take on coaching? How can it benefit me?
Coaching can benefit those who are looking to improve themselves but are feeling stuck or unable to do it on their own. Through the coaching process, people develop a stronger self-confidence that can lead to positive changes in their lives.
If you are facing some mental obstacles that are stopping you from achieving your goals - whether its anxiety, lack of discipline or lack of self-confidence - coaching can help you to overcome some of these blocks.
How does the coaching process work?
The first step is for the coach and client to co-create a project plan and set some milestones together for you to reach. Ideally we would have a coaching session every two or three weeks to review your progress.
During the session, we will discuss what’s on your mind, what you have done so far and any new issues that may come up along the way. This whole process can take 3 to 6 months, depending on how quickly you are achieving your milestones.
